ƒ Remove the burner insulating panel (A) by inserting a blade underneath
the surface (as shown in the figure).
ƒ Remove any fixing glue residue.
ƒ Replace the insulating panel.
ƒ The new insulating panel does not need to be fixed in place with glue as
its geometry ensures perfect coupling with the heat exchanger flange.
ƒ Reassemble the ignition / detection electrode using the previously

Cleaning th siphon
Remove the siphon as described below:
ƒ Switch off the electrical supply by turning the system's main switch to "Off.
ƒ Disconnect the degassing pipe (see figure below)
ƒ Disconnect the condensate drain pipe coming from the exchanger (see
figure below).
ƒ Remove the clip securing the siphon to its manifold (see figure below).
ƒ Remove the siphon from its seat.
ƒ Wash the siphon by circulating water from the connection with the
hose nozzle. IN NO CASE USE METAL OR POINTED TOOLS TO
REMOVE DEPOSITS OR RESIDUES INSIDE AS THEY COULD
DAMAGE ITS COMPONENTS.
b
Do not remove the safety shutter and its sealing gasket as their
presence is intended to prevent the escape of burnt gases into the
environment in the event of no condensation.
ƒ Once the operations have been completed, reassemble the components
by operating in the reverse order to what is described, checking the correct
positioning and integrity of the sealing OR, and replace it if necessary.
b
At the end of the cleaning sequence, fill the siphon with water (see
paragraph "3.2 First commessioning") before starting the boiler again.
b
At the end of the siphon maintenance operations, it is recommended
to bring the boiler to condensing mode for a few minutes and to check
for leaks from the entire condensate evacuation line.
