The following intervals apply for normal operating
conditions. If your daily working time is longer or
operating conditions are difficult (very dusty work
area, etc.), shorten the specified intervals accord‐
ingly.

Manual fuel pump (if fit‐
ted)
Pickup body (filter) in fuel
tank
Fuel tank
Carburetor
Spark plug
Cooling air inlet
Cylinder fins
Valve clearance
Combustion chamber
All accessible screws and
nuts (not adjusting
screws)
Antivibration elements

Visual inspection (condi‐
tion, leaks)
Clean
Replace any damaged
parts
Function test
Visual inspection
