Change the printer option and try again.
Go to the Printing Preferences, click the Paper tab, and set the paper type to
Recycled.

Repeated every 38 mm (1.5 in.), replace the Toner Cartridge.
Repeated every 52 mm (2.0 in.), replace Toner Cartridge.
Repeated every 94.4 mm (3.72 in.), replace the Toner Cartridge.
Repeated every 51 mm (2.0 in.), replace the transfer roller (contained in the
maintenance kit).
Repeated every 94.2mm (3.7 in.), replace the fuser (contained in the maintenance
kit).
Ensure that the paper is loaded properly.
Check the paper type and quality. (See
