• Move the device closer to the
soundbar.
• Remove any obstructions
between the device and the
soundbar.
Raise the volume on the Bluetooth
device.
Select Bluetooth as the input mode.
Press the Play/pause button on the
remote control.
• Ensure the device is
connected to the soundbar.
• Ensure sound output is set to
the soundbar.
Reconnect the Bluetooth device to
the soundbar.
Move the Bluetooth device nearer to
the soundbar.
• Do not use this soundbar near
devices that emit
electromagnetic waves.
• Move the other devices away
from the soundbar.
