ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Step 1 Attach the front Stabiliser (4) to the main frame (1). Secure using two carriage bolts (6), two curved washers (83) and two domed nuts (82). Attach the pedal support tube (7) to middle of the main frame (1). Secure using two carriage bolts (37), two flat washers (45) and two domed nuts (38).

Step 3 Attach rear Stabiliser (2) to the back of slide rail (10). Secure using four allen bolts (63) and four flat washers (45). Step 4 Attach the left pedal (13) to the pedal support tube (7). Slide the axle for pedal (36) through the left pedal (13) and the pedal support tube (7), secure using two allen bolts (21) and two washers (22).

Step 5 Connect the extension sensor wire 1 (44) & extension sensor wire 2 (72) to the back of the computer (15). Attach computer (15) to computer support tube (16) and tighten with two philips screw (17) which were pre-assembled on the back of computer. Note: Ensure that the wires are not pinched behind the computer.

This is a repeat of the warm up exercise e.g. reduce your tempo, continue for approximately 5 minutes. The stretching exercises should now be repeated, again remembering not to force or jerk your muscles into the stretch.
