    BEFORE ASSEMBLY READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO CORRECTLY UNPACK GRILL PARTS FROM SHIPPING BOX. Step 1: Once you open the top of the shipping box, slice down its four edges with a box cutter. Take out the Hardware Pack, manual and bottom shelf from top.
  • Page 9 BEFORE ASSEMBLY Step 2: With the aid of an assistant, turn grill head over on its side as shown in the first figure below, and remove the top styrofoam piece. Next, take out the side panels.
  • Page 10 BEFORE ASSEMBLY Step 3: With the aid of an assistant, lift the grill head out of the bottom styrofoam piece. Place it upright on a flat surface. Open grill lid, and take out the small boxes packed within the grill head. Remove all packing materials, and remove all parts from boxes.

  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP I: Bottom Shelf Turn bottom shelf upside down. Position casters in a cutout at the back of the bottom shelf, insert axle rod through the cutouts and casters, and attach with nut on end of rod. Tighten securely. Screw one foot into the bottom shelf clockwise by hand, using the included positioning gauge as shown or a ruler to set the foot height to 1-5/8”, as shown in the figure below.

    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP II: Pedestal Wall: Align cart support angle bar holes with holes on left side panel. Attach them with (2) M4x10 screws. Attach front panel to left side panel with (4) M4x10 screws. Align cart support angle bar holes with holes on right side panel. Attach them with (2) M4x10 screws.
  • Page 14 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP III: Cart: Turn bottom shelf right side up. Attach pedestal wall to bottom shelf with (8) M6x13 screws. Make sure to lift the tank holder bar out of the way. Align cart support angle bar holes with holes on bottom shelf. Attach them with (4) M4x10 screws.
  • Page 15 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP IV: Grill Head to Cart: Remove any wire ties holding the regulator and gas hose under the firebox, making sure the hose hangs freely. Carefully lower the grill head onto the cart. Attach head to cart with (4) M6x13 screws underneath the grill head.
  • Page 16 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP IV: Push Bar: Insert (4) M4x13 screws through the mounting holes of the push bar, place (4) M6 fiber washers onto the screws, and attach the push bar to the rear panel with the screws, as shown.
  • Page 17 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP IV: Side Shelf Support Bracket: Attach the 4 side shelf support brackets to firebox with (8) M6x13 screws, as shown. There is a location label on each bracket.
  • Page 18 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP V: Left Side Shelf Screw (2) M6x12 shoulder screws into the lower holes of two left side shelf support brackets. Hang shelf onto brackets on left side of firebox. Hold the shelf in position while performing the next step. Screw (2) M6x12 shoulder screws into the upper holes of two left side shelf support brackets through slot holes underneath shelf.
  • Page 19 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP VI: Right Side Shelf: Screw (2) M6x12 shoulder screws into the lower holes of two left side shelf support brackets. Hang shelf onto brackets on left side of firebox. Hold the shelf in position while performing the next step. Screw (2) M6x12 shoulder screws into the upper holes of two left side shelf support brackets through slot holes underneath shelf.
  • Page 20 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP VII: Heat Diffusers, Cooking Grids, Warming Rack: Place heat diffusers over burners. Diffusers will fit in firebox in either direction. Fit tabs in firebox front through slots in diffuser tips. Fit diffuser tips inside tabs in firebox rear. Place cooking grates onto grate rests.
  • Page 21 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP IX: Lighting Rod, Grease Cup: Insert the nylon wire clamp into the hole in the right side panel and push it in unit it is secure, and attach the match holder to it. LP tank is sold separately. Use only with an OPD (over-fill protection device) equipped LP tank.

    GAS CONNECTION ONLY USE THE REGULATOR AND HOSE ASSEMBLY PROVIDED WITH THIS GRILL. REPLACEMENT PRESSURE REGULATORS AND HOSE ASSEMBLIES MUST BE THOSE SUPPLIED BY THE MANUFACTURER This is a LP (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) configured grill. Do not attempt to use a natural gas supply unless the grill has been reconfigured for natural gas use.
  • Page 23 GAS CONNECTION CONNECT THE REGULATOR TO THE LP TANK VERY IMPORTANT: - THE REGULATOR SHALL NOT BE IN A LOCATION THAT WILL ATTAIN A TEMPERATURE ABOVE 140℉(60℃). - THE REGULATOR SHALL INCORPORATE A PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE OR OVERPRESSURE DEVICE. - THE INLET OF THE PRESSURE REGULATOR SHALL BE FITTED TO CONNECT THE TYPE I CONNECTION OF THE TANK VALVE PER ANSIZ21.81.

  • Page 25 GAS CONNECTION WARNING Never insert any foreign objects into the valve outlet. It may damage the valve and cause leak, leaking gas may result in fire, explosion, heavy body injury, or even death. Do not connect this grill to the self-contained LP gas system of a motor home or camper trailer.

    LEAK TESTING GENERAL Although all gas connections on the grill are leak tested at the factory prior to shipment, a complete gas tightness check must be performed at the installation site due to possible mishandling in shipment, or excessive pressure unknowingly being applied to the unit.

    LEAK TESTING SAFETY TIPS: 1) ALWAYS CHECK FOR LEAKS AFTER EVERY LP TANK CHANGE. 2) ALWAYS CHECK FOR LEAKS BEFORE EACH USE. 3) USE LONG BBQ TOOL TO AVOID BURNS. 4) CHECK ALL GAS SUPPLY FITTINGS FOR LEAKS BEFORE EACH USE. IT IS HANDY TO KEEP A SPRAY BOTTLE OF SOAPY WATER NEAR THE SHUT-OFF VALVE OF THE GAS SUPPLY LINE.

    GRILL LIGHTING INSTRUCTION VERY IMPORTANT: ALWAYS INSPECT THE HOSE PRIOR TO EACH USE. BEFORE LIGHTING: Inspect the gas supply hose before turning the gas “ON”. If there is evidence of cuts, wear, or abrasion, it must be replaced before use. The replacement hose assembly must be that specified by the manufacturer.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTION CAUTION Clean the grill often. A grease fire that may damage the grill may occur if the grill has not been cleaned frequently. NEVER leave the grill unattended while using. Do not use water to extinguish the grease fire, it may cause body injury. Turn knobs off and LP tank off in case grease fire occurs.

    CARE & MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE 1) Keep the grill area clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline and other flammable vapors and liquids. 2) Keep the holes in the three sides of the cart clear and free from debris, thus ensure the flow of combustion and ventilation air is unobstructed. 3) Visually check burner flames as following: - Remove cooking grids and flame tamers.
  • Page 32 CARE & MAINTENANCE 3) GRILL BURNER CLEANING - Be sure the tank valve and the knobs are in the “OFF” position. Make sure the grill is cool. - Clean the exterior of the burner with a wire brush. Clear stubborn scale with a metal scraper.
