Troubleshooting

The following tables are intended to identify problems and remedy malfunctions. Always start troubleshooting at line 1 of
the table and work through the questions one by one.

Machine does not run or only hums

Check the following
1. Battery - charged, properly installed,
not damaged?
2. LEDs glow or flash red?
3. 3 LEDs flash red
4. 4 LEDs flash red
5. 3 LEDs glow continuously red:
6. 1 LED glows continuously red:
7. Machine damaged?
Dirty contacts in battery
compartment?
8. Check electrical components for dam-
age and correct function with ADG 2 –
replace as necessary, see @ 5
Does power tool now operate?

Fault in machine
Test battery with ADG 2, see @ 5

Malfunction in battery

Power tool too hot
Allow machine to cool down.

Allow battery to cool down / warm up.
