5.1 HEAT PUMP MALFUNCTION

WARNING: Isolate heat pump electrically, and
wait 3 minutes before removing panels or
entering heat pump.
• Refer to e user check list in section 5.2 and e
error codes listed in section 5.3 before initiating a
service call.
• Do not attempt to interfere wi any internal
control settings as ese have been factory
calibrated and sealed.
Fault
Heat pump doesn't run
Fan running but wi insu cient
heating
Display normal, but no heating
Inaccurate switch action.
The fuse blows frequently or
leakage circuit breaker trips
frequently
If above solutions don't work, please contact your installer wi detailed information and your model number.
Don't try to repair it yourself.

dripping should be reported immediately to
e installer. If in doubt or if advice is required

Reason
No power
Power is switched off
Fuse has blown
The breaker is off
Evaporator blocked
Air outlet blocked
3 minutes start delay
Set temperature too low
3 minutes start delay
Stop e machine, and cut off e power supply immediately, en
contact your dealer
Solution
Wait until e power is restored
Switch on e power
Check and change e fuse
Check and turn on e breaker
Remove e obstructions
Remove e obstructions
Wait for e delay timer to time out
Set desired heating temperature
Wait for e delay timer to time out
