operation!

instructions may be dangerous and will invalidate your warranty.

  • Page 6 Carefully place the barbecue body assembly onto the legs and fix it by using M5x35 Bolts (D9x4pcs) and M5 Nuts (D6x4pcs) as shown. CAUTION! Care must be taken to ensure the hood or lid does not fall open unexpectedly or becomes damaged when it is set on the ground.

    Rear View Attach the left side shelf assembly to the Left Arch Support (B1) using M6x15 Bolts (D4x3pcs) as shown. Repeat above process to install the right side shelf assembly to Right Arch Support (B2) using M6x15 Bolts (D4x3pcs). Attach the Rear Support (B9) between the rear legs using M6x70 Bolts (D3x2pcs) as shown.
  • Page 8 Attach the Accessory Rail (B8) to the left side shelf using ST4.8x25 Screws (D10x2pcs) as shown. Attach the Air Vent Handle (A9) to the Air Vent plate (A7) using M6x15 Bolts (D4x2pcs) as shown. Attach the air vent plate assembly to the Barbecue Body (A6) using M5x10 Bolts (D5x4pcs) and M5 Nut (D6x4pcs) as shown.
  • Page 9 Carefully place the Ash Tray (A8) into the barbecue body ensuring it lies level within the body. Lay the Charcoal Grill (A10) into barbecue body. Place the Cooking Grill (A11) into barbecue body as shown. NOTE: Grill Lifting Handles (A12) must be used to remove and replace grills during operation.
  • Page 10 D1,D2 Attach the Hood Handle (A3) and Handle Spacers (A4) to the Hood (A1) using M6x75 Bolts (D1x2pcs) and Washer (D2x2pcs) as shown. Attach the Warming Rack (A5) to the hood and barbecue body as shown. Make sure that the swing legs fix to the body of the barbecue and the shorter fixed legs go through the holes in the hood.
