It is the sole responsibility of the owner to ensure the lightbar is mounted securely.
- Page 3 Mounting Instructions Please review the separate Mounting Bracket manual that is also enclosed with your bar for mounting instructions. ECE Compliant Mounting ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! If your application requires you to adhere to ECE regulations, you must mount the bar such that it is correctly oriented along all axes of the vehicle as diagrammed below.
- Page 4 Wiring Instructions All standard lightbar models are designed for 12VDC negative ground vehicles only. Reverse polarity may cause serious damage to the lightbar and/or vehicle. Contact the automotive dealer if there are any doubts about the polarity of your vehicle. RF INTERFERENCE Please take the following steps to help eliminate any Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) with your two-way radio.
- Page 5 (Wiring Instructions CONT’D) Wire Functions This lightbar is shipped with a multi-conductor wiring harness pre-installed. Please review the list below for the functions of each wire in the harness. Additional details about the specific heads that are controlled by each wire/function can be found in the Bar Programming and Enable List sheets that included with the paperwork enclosed with each bar.
- Page 6 Flash Pattern Programming This lightbar has been designed to allow you to change the Warning Pattern (Enables 1 and 2), and the Traffic Directing Pattern Style (Left/Right/Center-Out). Please note that the pattern for Enable 1 and 2 will be the same as one another, and the Pattern Style for all of the traffic directing patterns will be the same as each other.
- Page 7 LED FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY The manufacturer warrants this LED light against factory defects in material and workmanship for five years after the date of purchase. The owner will be responsible for returning to the Service Center any defective item(s) with the transportation costs prepaid. The manufacturer will, without charge, repair or replace at its option, products, or part(s), which its inspection determines to be defective.
