ELECTRICAL CONNECTION (CURRENT CONDUCTOR)

The following contact type is provided for connecting the current conductors to
the POWERLOCK BOX:
M12 threaded bolt with spring washer and nut (width across flats 19mm) for
contacting with a cable lug or busbar. The contact material is either copper
for the 660A version or brass for the 400A version.
Each connection of the current conductors (PE, N, L1, L2, L3) is marked on the
back of the POWERLOCK BOX housing.

INFORMATION!
Observe tightening torque between 27.5 Nm (min.) and
31.4 Nm (max.) when fastening the current conductors.
For a rated current of 400 A, at least a conductor cross-
section of 120 mm² must be used.
For a rated current of 660 A, at least a conductor cross-
section of 240 mm² must be used.
