MOUNTING IN INSTALLATION FRAME (RACK)

The POWERLOCK BOX is designed for installation in a 19" mounting frame (rack).
Optionally, the installation can also be made in existing devices with adaptations.
The POWERLOCK BOX is always mounted in a horizontal position so that the con-
nectors are separated to avoid friction of the cables. During the assembly of the
heavy POWERLOCK BOX, the instructed personnel must wear PPE.

ITT CANNON recommends the use of screws, nuts, spring
washers and washers of thread size M6.
Observe tightening torque between 2.94 Nm (min.) and
3.43 Nm (max.) when fastening the POWERLOCK BOX in the
mounting frame.
If a mounting frame is used which does not have holes accord-
ing to IEC 60297, corresponding mounting aids can be used to
install the POWERLOCK BOX.
