tive instructions for use. Each chapter indicates the
medical devices to which the information applies.

quirements of the 3rd edition of the IEC 60601-1
standard.

Use of terms
Dräger uses the term "Accessory" not only for ac-
cessories in the sense of IEC 60601-1, but also for
consumable parts, removable parts, and attached
parts.
The designation "Infinity Acute Care System" is
omitted hereafter in this document.
