Overview of the Processor Socket Assembly
The processor socket assembly contains 1) Intel Xeon Scalable-SP or 2nd Generation Intel
Xeon Scalable-SP processor, 2) CPU/heatsink carrier, 3) dust cover, and 4) CPU socket.
1. Intel Processor
2. CPU/Heatsink Carrier
3. Dust Cover
4. CPU Socket
Note: Be sure to cover the CPU socket with the dust cover when the CPU is not in-
stalled.
