HOW TO UPDATE THE INSTALLATION SETUP

YSTEM SETUP FOR A SINGLE
:
SATELLITE
1. Press the MENU key and
select the Installation setup -
System setup.
2. Read the help text.
3. Select Installation: Easy
(guided setup for standard
equipment).
4. Select LNBs: 1.
5. Select Switch: None.
6. Select LNB1: Press OK and
select your LNB.
7. Select SAT: Press OK and
select your SAT. If your
satellite is not listed, select
S00. This will bring you to the
Add data menu where you can
add a SAT.
8. Select Check signal. This will
bring you to the Check signal
menu.
9. Wait for the Checking
configuration to complete.
Note that the TP indicator
becomes green.
10. If the TP indicator becomes
red, select another TP.
11. Select Search mode: Update.
Please refer to the Search
mode details.
12. Select Search channels. This
will bring you to the Search
channels menu.
13. Wait for the search to
complete.
14. Answer the questions and
press the EXIT key.

FOR MULTIPLE SATELLITES
1. Press the MENU key and select the Installation
setup - System setup.
2. Read the help text.
3. Select Installation: Easy (guided setup for standard
equipment).
4. Select LNBs: your number of LNBs. Note that the
Switch option becomes active.
5. Select Switch: your type of Switch.
6. Select LNB1: Press OK and select your LNB.
7. Select SAT: Press OK and select your SAT. If your
satellite is not listed, select S00. This will bring you
to the Add data menu where you can add a SAT.
8. Select Port: Press OK and select your Port (the Port
number of your switch).
9. For every other LNB, repeat step 6.; 7. and 8.
10. Select Check signal. This will bring you to the Check
signal menu.
11. Wait for the Checking configuration to complete.
Note that the TP indicator becomes green.
12. If a TP indicator becomes red:
a. Select Port: the correct Port for this SAT;
b. Select TP: another TP;
c. Make sure the TP indicator becomes green.
13. Select every SAT the Search mode: Update. Please
refer to the Search mode details. If you want to
search only one SAT, select None for the others.
14. Select Search channels. This will bring you to the
Search channels menu.
15. Wait for the search to complete.
16. Answer the questions and press the EXIT key.
