Factory default PIN-code: 0 0 0 0
Receiver lock
To lock the receiver completely for unauthorized users. If you
select On, you only can gain access with the PIN-code after you
have set the receiver to standby.
Installation lock
To lock the Installation setup and Edit menu for unauthorized
users. Note that the Installation lock comes on automatically
after you have set a channel lock.
Master channel lock To lock or unlock all locked selections at once. You can
temporarily undo all channel locks in one go. Note that all
channel locks are automatically set again when you switch the
receiver to standby.
Master hide
To hide or unhide all hidden selections at once. You have to
activate (unhide) this option before you can hide a selection
through the Edit menu.
Change PIN-code
To type in the factory default or personal PIN-code. Note that
this PIN-code is only for the EchoNAV user interface and not for
the Smartcard.
Year
To set the current Year.
Month
To set the current Month.
Date
To set the current Date.
Day
The Day is given automatically with the Date to offer you a
possibility to check for the correct Date.
Hour
To set the current time (Hour).
Minute
To set the current time (Minute).
Save settings
To save the current day and time.
NOTE
The time given in the Local time field offers you a possibility to
check for the correct time. EPG and timers will not operate
correctly if the Local time not set correctly.
For receivers that are connected with an UHF cable.
UHF channel
To set the TV channel to which the receiver is connected. If the
channel number on the TV and receiver are not the same, you
will have a distorted or no image at all. For more information,
please refer to the user manual of the TV.
Frequency
The Frequency is given automatically with the UHF channel to
offer you a possibility to check for the correct UHF channel.
System
To set the video format supported by your TV. Generally select
for the European main land; PAL B/G and for the UK; PAL I.
