Clean the water tray mounting of the unit
Remove the rear panel, pre-filter, and
filter assembly/deodorizing filter.
Wipe off using a soft cloth.
If it is really dirty, clean using an old, soft toothbrush.

Using a towel, wipe off water droplets that
have fallen inside the water tank holder
(inner side).

Remove the humidifying filter from the water tray
CAUTION
Remove slowly as the water may splash out.

Clean the humidifying filter
Submerge the humidifying filter in any of water,
lukewarm water or water with neutral kitchen
detergent for 30 minutes or longer.
Follow the precautions and usage described on
the neutral kitchen detergent when using it.
(Use only neutral kitchen detergent. )
Replace with fresh water, and wash and rinse the
humidifying filter by shaking it.
(Repeat 2-3 times)
When using neutral kitchen detergent, rinse the filter so as
not to leave any detergent particles.

Shake lightly to remove water.
(Until water is no longer dripping)
CAUTION
Do not remove the humidifying filter from its case.
A magnet is attached to the case in order to detect
the humidifying filter.
Do not remove.
Keep away watches and other objects that may be
affected by the magnet while cleaning.
Remove metal objects that were magnetized.
Use citric acid when it becomes hard to remove water scale
Dissolve about 20g of citric acid in 3L of lukewarm water (40°C below)
and soak the filter up to 30 minutes and wash.
(Clean off by scrubbing lightly with your fingers)
Replace with fresh water, and wash and rinse the humidifying filter by shaking it.
(Repeat 2-3 times)

Shake lightly to remove water.
(Until water is no longer dripping)
Use citric acids that are sold in pharmacies.
CAUTION
Although citric acid is a food additive and considered harmless
in terms of food hygiene, keep it out of the reach of children.
