OPERATING THE BRACKET ON THE SAFETY ARM SYSTEM (CONTINUED)
REMOVING THE BRACKET FROM THE
STANDARD SURFACE BASE
1. To remove the bracket from the Standard Surface
Base, press the Red Quick Release Mechanism
located on the front of the Standard Surface
Base.
2. While holding the Red Quick Release Mechanism,
slide outwards horizontally to remove from the
Standard Suface Base.
3. Hold the medical device from the middle of the
unit to gently remove from the base.
CAUTION
Do not use the top handle to remove the unit. Due
to the height of the medical device, it might not slide
easily out of the base while holding from the top.
Always hold middle of the unit to gently slide out.
