Note: Exiting this menu keeps your selections but loses internal autotyping
information, which may not be selected. If you exit this menu and re-enter it, press
[Enter] on Autotype again to restore the Autotype information.
Note: Do not attempt to change these settings unless you have an older drive that
does not support autotyping.
Note: Before changing the contents of this menu, write them down. After you
have established correct parameters for your drive, write them down and store
them in a safe place, such as a disk drive, for use in case these values are lost in
CMOS or if autotyping fails. If these hard-disk parameters are not correctly entered
in CMOS, you cannot access the data on your drive.
Incorrect settings can cause your system to malfunction. To correct
mistakes, return to Setup and restore the Setup Defaults with [F9]
and re-enter the correct drive parameters.
