4. The neutral indicator light fails to come on.
1. Neutral indicator light
• Check the neutral indicator light.
Refer to "CHECKING THE BULBS AND
BULB SOCKETS".
• Is the neutral indicator light OK?
YES
2. Neutral switch
• Check the neutral switch for continuity.
Refer to "CHECKING THE SWITCHES".
• Is the neutral switch OK?
YES
SIGNALING SYSTEM
NO
Replace the bulb.
NO
Replace the neutral
switch.

3. Voltage
• Connect the pocket tester (DC 20 V) to the
panel coupler (wire harness), as shown.
Positive tester probe --> brown 1
Negative tester probe --> light blue/white 2

• Set the main switch to "ON".
• Set the transmission to neutral.
• Measure the voltage (DC 12 V) of light
blue/white 1 to the brown 2 on the panel
coupler (wire harness).

The circuit is OK.
