Projected image is dark
Check
Is the aperture closed?
Is "LD Power" set to "Low"?
Is "Theater Optimizer" set to "On"?
Check Picture Settings.
Video image appears horizontally (vertically) extended
Check
Is "3D Format" set to "Side by Side"?
Is "Anamorphic" set to a setting other
than "Off"?
Moire patterns appear on the screen
Check
Does the fabric of the screen have a
regular pattern?
Part of the video Image is missing
Check
Has screen mask been configured?
Is "Anamorphic" set to a setting other
than "Off"?
Is "Aspect" set to a setting other than
"Native"?
Remote control does not work
Check
Are the batteries correctly installed?
Are the batteries exhausted?
Is there an obstructing object between
the remote control and remote sensor?
Is the remote control held too far away
from the unit?
Is remote control code correctly?
Increase the value of the "Aperture" setting.
Set "LD Power" to "High"
Press "Set" in the "Theater Optimizer" menu.
Select different Picture Mode.
Set "3D Format" to "Auto"
Set "Anamorphic" to "Off"
Interference fringes may sometimes occur between the
fabric pattern and the pixels. Please consult the authorized
dealer.
Set "Mask" to "Off".
Set "Anamorphic" to "Off".
Set "Aspect" to "Native"
Match the polarities (t s) correctly when loading the
batteries.
Replace with new batteries.
Remove any obstructing object.
Hold the remote control closer to the sensor during use.
Match the settings of the projector and the remote control.
The factory settings are both "A".
