Turn off the printer.

Press and hold the OK and Back buttons.

Turn on the printer.

When the display shows the following icon, release the buttons.
For 2.4-, 4.3-, 7-, and 10-inch displays

Turn off the printer.

Press and hold the 2, 7, and 8 buttons.

Turn on the printer.

When the display shows the following icon, release the buttons.
For 2.8‑inch display

Turn off the printer.

Open tray 1.

Make sure that paper is loaded in tray 1.

Turn on the printer.
