7. Attach Press Arm

A. Attach the Press Arm to the Top Beam, with the
label facing out, using
one 7½-inch bolt
two ½-inch washers
one ½-inch locknut
Wrench tighten enough to allow free rotation of the
Press Arm.
Step 7. Attach Press Arm
