1. Preparation. 1.1 Delivery On receiving the product, please check it for completeness, lack of faults and any transport damage. Inspect the goods in the presence of your forwarder. Should transport damage have occurred, please arrange for an inventory (determination of the faults) to be made in the presence of the forwarder.

2. Product description. 2.3 Application areas, use according to the intended purpose The till. supine standing frame is a medical product of risk class 1 for indoor areas and is used for standing training in the event of significantly impaired or non-existing ability to walk or stand.
2. Product description. 2.3.2 Contraindications In general, a doctor or orthopaedist should determine if there is any cont- raindication. Any type of pain is to be considered a contraindication. Strong contractures of the leg joint chain, extreme misalignment of the spine and above all severe foot deformities, which cannot be compensa- ted with shoes, can present a contraindication for the standing treatment.
• Only use accessories and spare parts made by Schuchmann, otherwise you will endanger the user. • Only use the supine standing frame if all components have been correctly mounted and adjusted.
2. Product description. General settings The till. supine standing frame is delivered completely mounted and in the smallest possible adjustment, unless any pre-adjustments have be re- quested. 2. Product description. Getting in and out After all pre-settings have been made, plea- se first lock all castors, except for the castor with direction lock (see Point 2.10.1), for get- ting in and out. To do this, press down the lo- cking device (A) on each castor using the tip of your foot (B).

3. Settings. Settings and adjustments to the product or accessories may only be made by people who have been given the necessary instructions by a medical product advisor. Please ensure that none of the user's extre- mities are in the respective area when making adjustments of any kind to minimise the risk of injury.
3. Settings. 3.2 Height adjustment (via motor) The adjustment of the reclining surface height for sizes 3+4 (optionally also for size 1+2) can be done using an electrical motor. It has a safety switch off (see Point 4.13.6) and is con- trolled manually (A).

Settings. 3.3 Angle adjustment (via gas pressure spring) In order to change the angle of the reclining surface for sizes 1+2 (see Point 3.4 for the si- zes 3+4) please operate the lever (A), which can be found by default on the body (B) or which is optionally mounted to the right of the push bar (C) and keep it pulled.
3. Settings. 3.4 Angle adjustment (via motor) The angle adjustment of the reclining surface for sizes 3+4 is done using an electrical mo- tor (see Point 3.3 for sizes 1+2). It has a safety switch-off (see Point 4.13.4) and is controlled manually (A - see Point 4.13.5).
3. Settings. 3.5 Upper body support till. is available in size 1+2 with a standard upper body support. In addition to this ver- sion, there is also a contourable upper body support (see Point 4.4) for size 3+4. Both va- riants can be adjusted in length.
3. Settings. 3.5.1 Pad elements (for easy upper body support) The reclining surface growth is compensa- ted by adding/removing pad elements (A = end piece + B = intermediate piece), which are fixed by means of hook and loop closu- re.

Settings. 3.5.2 Pad elements (for contourable upper body support) The reclining surface growth is compensated by adding/removing pad elements (A = in- termediate piece), which are fixed by means of hook and loop press studs (B). Remove the pad elements (A) prior to every adjustment to the upper body support (see Point 3.5) and reattach the required combination of pads.
3. Settings. 3.6 Adapters for leg supports For till. there are two different adapters for the leg supports (standard + abductable). Using the hexagon socket screws (A) on the rear side of till., the level can be adjusted from 0-5 cm for both variants. For the ab- ductable variant the angle can also be ad- justed (see Point 4.5).
3. Settings. 3.8. Harness To position the user in the till., the basic mo- del already has a chest strap (A) and a pelvic strap (B). Optionally there are also a positio- ning vest (see Point 4.12.1), a wide chest strap (see Point 4.12.2) and a Pelvi.Loc pelvic strap (see Point 4.12.3).

Accessories. 4.1 Headrests There are four different headrests available for till.: • Standard • Shell form • Lateral guide • with angle-adjustable lateral guide (see Point 4.1.1) All headrests can be adjusted in height, depth and angle. Height adjustment To adjust the height, loosen the twist grip (A) and bring the headrest into the desired position.
4. Accessories. 4.2 Universal adapter for customised headrests For headrests that are not from our range of products, we offer a headrest adapter (15x15mm - square). 4. Accessories. Depth adjustment For the pelotte pads that can be adjusted in depth (for the contourable upper body sup- port), it is also necessary to adjust the depth. To set the depth, loosen the hexa- gon socket screw (A) on the respective pelotte pad and bring the respective pelotte pad into the desired position.

4. Accessories. 4.7 Knee pelotte pads The knee pelottes are available in two different versions (with patella recess - see point 4.7.1) and flexible knee positioners (FKP) with positioning straps that can be adjusted in length - see point 4.7.2). These can be adjusted in width, depth and angle.

Accessories. 4.7.2 Flexible knee positioner (FKP) The flexible knee positioners (A) have positi- oning straps (B) that uniformly distribute the pressure on the knee and thus prevent the occurrence of individual pressure marks. For optimal positioning of the knees, the po- sitioning straps (B) can be adjusted indepen- dently of each other.
4. Accessories. 4.8.2 Footrests (flex) The footrests (flex), like the foot rests (stan- dard) offer a rotation range of +/-15° (see Point 4.8.1). Furthermore they can be adjus- ted to a Pes equinus (0°-20°) or Pes suppi- natus (0°-15°). To do this, turn the hexagon socket screws (A) anti-clockwise to bring the footrests into the Pes equinus position.
4. Accessories. 4.9 Therapy table The therapy table is available as version "standard" (see point 4.9.1) and as version with "quick closure" (see point 4.9.2). For both versions there is a table support pad (see point 4.9.3). 4.9.1 Wooden therapy table (standard) The wooden therapy table (A) has an edge and attached in the front and removed, ad- justed in depth, height and angle.
4. Accessories. 4.9.2 Wooden therapy table (with quick adjustment) The wooden therapy table (A) has an edge and attached in the front and removed, adjusted in depth, height and angle. On the one hand, you can do this in the basic settings using ta- ble rods (B) and the table mounts (C) on the frame of till.
4. Accessories. 4.10 Push bar For sizes 1 + 2 a permanently mounted push bar (A) is optionally available. It is located on the headrest adapter (or on an adapter if no headrests is mounted). On this push bar there is a lever to adjust the angle (B - see Point 3.3) and , if needed, another lever to adjust the height (C - see Point 3.1).

Accessories. 4.11 Safety bolt Using the safety bolt (A), the reclining surface is secured against unintentional angle ad- justment (only when adjusting the angle by means of gas pressure spring - see Point 3.3). Insert the safety bolt (G) into the dedicated hole (B) on the release lever (C) after having brought the reclining surface into the desired position (see Point 3.3).
4. Accessories. 4.12.1 Positioning vest The positioning vest (A) is attached in the upper area (B) and in the lateral area (C) on the harness adapters. The straps of the positioning vest (A) are threaded through he lateral belt guide on the click buckles. After- wards, the click buckles are pressed down for positioning.
4. Accessories. 4.13 Sub-frame with motor support The sub-frame of till. can be optionally equipped with a motor for height adjustment for sizes 1+2. It is installed by default for sizes 3+4, as is the motor for the tilt. In the stan- dard version the motors are operated via a mains cable.

Stop the actu- ator/the lifting column immediately should you detect anything unusual. • Should the control unit cause unusual noises or odours during operation, interrupt the power supply as well as the external battery pack (if avai- lable).
4. Accessories. 4.13.5 Manual operation The manual operation element(A) is connec- ted to the control unit via a cable. The height is adjusted using buttons B + C. Using but- tons D + E the tilt of the reclining surface can also be adjusted for sizes 3+4.

Liquid disinfectants are available as ready-to-use solutions that are spray- ed on and evenly applied with a soft cloth.
5. Cleaning and maintaining. 5.3.1 Maintenance specifications • Basic cleaning according to manufacturer instructions - The systems must not be exposed directly to the jet of a high-pres- sure cleaner. Connection cables must remain plugged in during cleaning to prevent any water ingress. - Pay special attention to the tube-in-tube connections.
Any defects or damage found must be repaired by the specialist dealer or the manufacturer before reuse. 5.4 Spare parts Use only original accessories and original spare parts from Schuchmann, as otherwise the safety of the user is endangered and the warranty ex- pires.
5. Cleaning and maintaining. 5.5 Duration of use and re-use The expected duration of use of our product, dependent on the usage intensity and amount of re-use, totals up to "8" years, if the usage takes place in accordance with the information in these instructions for use. It may be possible to use the product over and above this time period if it is in a safe condition.
