1.2 Safety measures prior to use The correct use of the till. supine standing frame requires a precise and careful instruction of the accompanying person. We ask you to read th- rough the Instructions for use carefully prior to initial commissioning of the supine standing frame, and to observe the descriptions.
2.3 Application areas, use according to the intended purpose The till. supine standing frame is a medical product of risk class 1 for indoor areas and is used for standing training in the event of significantly impaired or non-existing ability to walk or stand.
2. Product description. The till. supine standing frame is used to assume a standing position to achieve positive effects of an upright body position and/or to prepare for gait training. The vertical position has a positive effect on the cardiovascular regulation, the bone metabolism, the peristalsis and urinary diversion.
• Only use accessories and spare parts made by Schuchmann, otherwise you will endanger the user. • Only use the supine standing frame if all components have been correctly mounted and adjusted.
2. Product description. 2.8 General settings The till. supine standing frame is delivered completely mounted and in the smallest possible adjustment, unless any pre-adjustments have be requested. Before the user is placed in the supine standing frame, a pre-adjustment must be carried out.
2. Product description. 2.9 Getting in and out After all pre-adjustments have been made, first lock all five castors for entering/exiting. To do this, press down the locking device (A) on each castor using the tip of your foot (B). To release the castors, press the locking de- vice up again using the tip of your foot (C).
2. Product description. 2.10 Transfer till. can also be pushed carefully and slowly during use (e.g. to other rooms). Here we highly recommend transferring the user in the supine and lowest position. The following measures must be taken beforehand: • all fine adjustments to the individual components must have been carried out (see Point 3).
Please ensure that none of the user's extremities are in the respective area when making adjustments of any kind to minimise the risk of injury. As standard, till. is equipped with a tool (A) for adjustment work, with the help of which all provided hexagon socket screws can be adjusted.

Settings. 3.3 Angle adjustment (via gas pressure spring) In order to change the angle of the reclining surface for sizes 1+2 (see Point 3.4 for the sizes 3+4) please operate the lever (A), which can be found by default on the body (B) or which is optionally mounted to the right of the push bar (C) and keep it pulled.

3. Settings. 3.5 Upper body support till. is available in size 1+2 with a standard upper body support. In addition to this version, there is also a contourable upper body support (see Point 4.4) for size 3+4. Both variants can be adjusted in length.

Settings. 3.5.1 Pad elements (for easy upper body support) The reclining surface growth is compensated by adding/removing pad elements (A = end piece + B = intermediate piece), which are fixed by means of hook and loop closure. Remove the pad elements (A+B) prior to every adjustment to the upper body support (see Point 3.5) and reattach the required combination of pads.
3. Settings. 3.5.1 Pad elements (for contourable upper body support) The reclining surface growth is compensated by adding/removing pad elements (A = end piece + B = intermediate piece), which are fixed by means of hook and loop and press studs (C).
For till. there are two different adapters for the leg supports (standard + abductable). Using the hexagon socket screws (A) on the rear side of till., the level can be adjusted from 0-5 cm for both variants. For the abductable variant the angle can also be adjusted (see Point 4.5).
3. Settings. 3.8. Harness To position the user in the till., the basic model already has a chest strap (A) and a pelvic strap (B). Optionally there are also a positioning vest (see Point 4.12.1), a wide chest strap (see Point 4.12.2) and a Pelvi.Loc pelvic strap (see Point 4.12.3).
4. Accessories. 4.1 Headrest The headrests is available in three different versions (standard, side guide, shell shape). All can be adjusted in height, depth and angle. Height adjustment To adjust the height, loosen the twist grip (A) and bring the headrest into the desired position.

Accessories. 4.7 Knee pelotte pads The knee pelotte pads are available in two different versions (A = with patella recess / B = with adjustable padded support bra- ckets) which can each be adjusted in width, in depth and angle. Moreover, the height of the knee pelotte pads can be adjusted via the leg length adjustment (see Point 3.7).
4. Accessories. 4.7.1 Pads for knee pelotte pads This pad (A) which can be fixed around the respective leg of till. is used for additional support of the knee and to prevent excessive hyperextension of the knee (genu recurva- tum).
4. Accessories. 4.8.3 Foot guide incl. foot straps The foot guides (A) are mounted on the foot plate. They can be adjusted in width and angle. To adjust the width or the angle, loosen the four hexagon socket screws (B) below the foot plate and bring the foot guides (A) into the desired position.
To mount the table, the table rods (B) must be inserted in the table adapters (C) on the frame of till. and fixed with the twist grips (D). To adjust the depth, loosen the twist grips (D) on both sides and bring the wooden therapy table (A) into the desired position.
(E - see Point 3.3) and, if needed, another lever for to adjust the height (F - see Point 3.1). Using the push bar, till. can be pushed in all directions and the height and angle adjustment can be supported.
4. Accessories. 4.12 Harness To position the user in till., there is also an optional wide chest strap, a positioning vest and the "Pelvi.Loc" pelvic strap in addition to the chest and pelvis straps in the basic version (see Point 3.8). In general, the attached harness adapters (A), which are attached to the body profile, can be positioned individually.

Stop the actuator/the lifting column immediately should you detect anything unusual. • Should the control unit cause unusual noises or odours during operation, interrupt the power supply as well as the external battery pack (if available).

Any defects or damage found must be repaired by the specialist dealer or the manufacturer before reuse. 5.4 Spare parts Use only original accessories and original spare parts from Schuchmann, as otherwise the safety of the user is endangered and the warranty expires.
5. Cleaning and maintaining. 5.5 Duration of use and re-use The expected duration of use of our product, dependent on the usage intensity and amount of re-use, totals up to "8" years, if the usage takes place in accordance with the information in these instructions for use. It may be possible to use the product over and above this time period if it is in a safe condition.
