Troubleshooting, getting the log files
• All technical alarms are maintained in the log
• The log can be saved to a USB drive and reviewed on a PC
– To save the log to a USB drive: go to Service > Log file and
touch Save to USB
– On the USB drive, look for the zip file with the correct time
stamp,
– within that zip file you will find another zip file for each day
– within that zip file you will find multiple log files for that
specific day (the highest number is the latest one)
– These files can be opened with Wordpad
