On the G'z EYE app, tap "OK".
This causes the G'z EYE app top screen to appear, with "Bluetooth" displayed in
red.
• In the case of an iPhone (iOS), a message will appear asking if you want to
allow use of location information. Specify whether or not you want to allow use
of location information.
• Next, establish a wireless LAN connection between the camera and
smartphone (page 26).
Establishing a Wireless LAN Connection Between the Camera
and Smartphone
Use the procedure below to establish a wireless connection between the camera and
a smartphone.
• While the "Auto Date/Time Sync" setting of the G'z EYE app is enabled (turned on),
connecting the camera with a smartphone causes the camera's date and time
settings to synchronize with the smartphone's settings.
NOTE
• Turn on your smartphone's Wi-Fi before connecting.
• The operation you need to perform depends on the type and setup of your
smartphone. If you are unable to connect, check to make sure that your
smartphone's Wi-Fi is turned on.
. If this is the first time you are connecting to a smartphone by
wireless LAN

On the camera, press the [WLAN] button.
This turns on the camera and starts up the wireless
LAN.
• This will cause the [WLAN] lamp to flash blue.

On the smartphone's Wi-Fi settings screen,
select the camera's SSID and input the
password.
This establishes a wireless LAN connection
between the camera and smartphone. The [WLAN]
lamp will stop flashing and remain lit blue.
