Test Operation - Volvo A2DIY-VOL Quick Start Manual

Operation:
Pair with iOS7.0 and higher and Android 4.4 and higher.
In addition to above, use smart remote to:
Answer/end call; press Play/Stop
Switch between streaming and AUX press, Play/Stop
To pause stream or switch to "AUX" mode press Play/Stop
Push button works both Android and Apple devices to:
Answer/end call, Switch between streaming and AUX mode

Note: if no auxiliary device is connected, pressing control button once pauses

Test Operation:

1. Turn ignition and radio "ON"
2. Press CD, CH6 or CHGR button on radio.
3. Launch streaming application (e.g. Pandora, Apple music etc.)
4. Use device built-in control or smart remote to switch tracks, adjust
device volume, pause/play etc.
5. Place phone call or ask someone to call. Use push button to answer call
(iPhone or Android) or press "Play/Pause" on smart remote (Android
only)
Note: Push button not required for Android devices we tested; however,
it is required to answer/end calls from Apple devices.
Smart remote pause/play button only works to answer/end calls
and switch between AUX and Bluetooth in Android applications.
Apple applications must use push button for Pause/Play function.
6. If correct operation is confirmed go ahead and reinstall radio.
