BIOS will scan IRQ14 for primary IDE
INT# and IRQ15 for secondary IDE INT#
at the specified slot.
The BIOS will not assign any IRQs even
if the PCI IDE card is found. Because
some IDE cards connect the IRQ14&15
directly from the ISA slot through a card.
Assigns an IRQ for PCI slot 1/2/3
manually or automatically.
Claims a memory space occupied by
legacy ISA card.
Invalidates this feature.
Assigns an IRQ for USB when it is used.
This function is disabled (USB can't be
used at this moment).
