BIOS Description

CLoses the CLK signal if no PCI or DIMM plug in.
Device resources assigned by BIOS.
Enables clock spread spectrum to reduce EMI.
Disables clock spread spectrum .
When power on the computer, hardware initialize
CPU ratio.
The CPU ratio can be chosen from 3 to 12. However
the CPU ratio setting will not function for bus ratio
locked processor, only bus ratio unclocked
processor.
