1. Before crushing, make sure that the residues to be
crushed do not contain non-crushable objects such
as stones, glass, clay, sand, and other items.
2. Activate the motor and wait to reach the maximum
speed.
3. P
lace the green coconuts one by one in the feeding
funnel of the shredder (we recommend shredding
coconuts without water). Overloading the feed
hopper impairs machine productivity, that can
reach up to 1,000 kg/h.
4. Minor pieces of coconut can pass through the blade
assembly if they are fed separately, just as larger
pieces may not pass through the feeder hopper,
case in which you can select the coconut size while
feeding the machine to achieve the desired results.
5. Check the crushed material outlet spout while
working, if necessary turn off the crusher to clear

Note: The machines ship from factory without (On/Off) switch and electric motor connections; wiring to the desired voltage
as available in the region is at the customer's discretion. The motor wiring diagram is shown on the motor itself, so
that the customer can make the connection.
TRAPP does not provide warranty in case of motor burn due to inverted or wrong connection, as described in the manual.

crushed material from the outlet spout. This
situation may occur when the crushed coconut
fiber is wet, or if the coconut is in decomposition
state.
6. When releasing coconuts into the feeder hopper,
make sure that they do not get stuck in the blade
assembly, as this will prevent you from crushing
more material; in this case turn off the crusher,
remove the coconut blocked in the cutter assembly,
and resume normal work.
7. The accumulation of crushed material can obstruct
the exit of material through the outlet spout of the
machine; in this case remove the crushed mound
using a shovel or hoe, or place the machine
elsewhere to avoid the accumulation of crushed
material in the outlet spout. If desired you can crush
the material and pour it directly into a suitable
container, replacing the container as it fills.
