For all warranty claims, we ensure that the
device is repaired by trained technicians
from our service department using
original spare parts, even after the
factory warranty has already expired.
For safety reasons, repairs to the device
should only be performed by trained
technicians. The warranty is void if
repairs or interventions are carried out
by persons not authorized by us for that
purpose or if our devices are equipped
with non-original spare parts,
additional parts or accessories that have
resulted in a malfunction.
Function-relevant original spare parts in
accordance with the relevant Ecodesign
Directive can be ordered from the after-
sales service for a period of at least 10
years from the date on which the device
was placed on the market within the
European Economic Area.
