In addition to warranty claims against
the seller based on the sales
agreement and your
device warranty, we will provide
compensation under the following
conditions:
1.
When water damage is caused by a
fault in our Aqua-Stop system, we will
charge domestic customers for the
damage caused.
2.
The liability guarantee is valid for the
life of the device.
3.
It is a requirement for all warranty
claims that the unit with Aqua-Stop has
been installed and connected in
accordance with our instructions; this
also includes a correctly mounted
Aqua-Stop extension (original
accessories). Our warranty does not
cover defective supply lines or fittings
leading to the Aqua-Stop connection
on the faucet.
4.
Devices with Aqua-Stop do not need to
be monitored during operation, nor is
it necessary to turn off the tap after
use. The tap should only be
closed when you are absent for a
longer period of time, for example on
holiday for several weeks.
