Fax status
The received image is not clear.
Blank paper is received.
Faxes are not received automat-
ically.

used?

Is toner sufficient?

tion fax machine?

Has the Receive Mode been set
to Manual RX?

Is a message displayed?

Corrective actions
Use the specified paper.
Replace with new paper.
Install a new Toner Bottle. For
details, refer to [Quick Guide].
Make a copy on this machine to
check the result. If a copy image
is clear, ask the sender to send
the fax again.
Install a new Toner Bottle. For
details, refer to [Quick Guide].
Check with the sender.
Set to Auto RX. (p. 7-25)
If paper out occurs, add paper,
and print out files saved in the
memory.
Release the message as instruct-
ed in the screen.
