6.3 Charging
Completing the charging
Your vehicle is being charged as long as the light pulsates in blue. Charging is complete when
the light of the status indicator is constant.
You can stop charging at any time.
You have three different options for ending the charging process:
Procedure with RFID card
Proceed as follows to end the charging process with the RFID card:
1. Charging point selection: Press the pushbutton below the display and follow the
instructions.
2. Place the RFID card onto the icon for the card reader.
Once the RFID card has been identified, the validity is checked.
3. The display shows: STOP CHARGING. Charging stops.
The status indicator changes from blue to yellow.
4. The charging cable is now unlocked. Remove the charging cable.
5. Also unplug the connector from the socket of your electric vehicle. Stow away the provided
charging cable. To do this, follow the instructions in the manual for your vehicle.
Procedure with operator app, hotline
Proceed as follows to end the charging process with the operator app or hotline:
1. Charging point selection: Select your vehicle or the charging point by the operator.
2. Unlock the charging cable on the charging station.
The status indicator changes from blue to yellow.
3. The charging cable is now unlocked. Remove the charging cable.
4. Also unplug the connector from the socket of your electric vehicle. Stow away the provided
charging cable. To do this, follow the instructions in the manual for your vehicle.
Procedure for unplugging from the vehicle
Proceed as follows to end the charging process by disconnecting the vehicle:
1. Unlock the charging cable on the vehicle.
2. Follow the instructions listed in your vehicle's manual.
The status indicator changes from blue to yellow.
3. Remove the plug from the socket of your electric vehicle.
The status indicator changes from yellow to green.
4. Stow away the provided charging cable. To do this, follow the instructions in the manual for
your vehicle.
