3. Attaching the Fan Blades

1.
Place blade on motor as shown (Fig. 3) and secure with the
blade attachment screws and washers.
2. Repeat this procedure with the remaining blades (Fig. 3).
3. Secure the bottom of the blades together using the provided
blade collector ring and hardware (Fig. 3A).

4. Attaching Decorative Lower Cap

1.
Install the decorative lower cap adapter as shown (Fig. 3A).
2. Tightly twist the decorative lower cap onto the motor assembly
(Fig. 4).

5. Hanging the Fan

1.
Remove 2 opposing screws and loosen the others.
2. Pass supply wires through mounting plate.
3. Lift motor assemby and hang it on the hook on the
mounting plate using one of the screw holes (Fig.5).
4. Secure the safety cable into the structure beams using the wood
screw, washers, and spring washers provided.
NOTE:
Safety cable is required for all installations in Canada. Safety
cable is required for ceiling fan and light combinations over 35 lbs. in
both flush and downrod models in the United States (Fig. 5).
