Speaker/Ringer Volume

• Speaker volume – press
• Ringer volume – press

Mute

1. Press during a call so other parties cannot hear you. The LED console turns red.
2. Press again to disable Mute. This applies to calls using the handset, headset, and speakerphone.

Conference Calls

You can create a conference call with up to two other parties.
• Call the first party.
• After the first party answers, press the Confrnc soft key. The active call is placed on hold.
• Enter the number to the second party.
• Press the Send soft key.
• When the second party answers, press the Confrnc soft key. All parties are now joined in the
conference.
• Choose from the following options:
• Press the Hold soft key to put the conference on hold.
• Press the End Call soft key to end the conference. The other parties remain connected.
• Press the Split soft key to end the conference and split the conference into two separate calls on
hold.
Note: If you have an active call and a call on hold, you can create a conference between all three parties
by pressing the Join soft key.
