針前端有傷痕
1）梭尖撞到針
2）撥線桿撞到針
Scar on tip of the needle
1) Shuttle tip hit the
needle
2) Wiper hit the needle
褲耳有折到，或重疊。

Countermeasure
1）調整針和梭尖的間隙
2）撥線桿和針尖端的間
隙為 2mm
1) Adjust the gap
between needle and
shuttle tip
2) the gap between the
wiper and needle tip are
2 mm minimum
將褲耳重新拉出一小截，
重新裁剪。
Pulling out a small piece
of loop and trim it again.
