• Guide one of the straps through the holes at the head and the other one through the holes at the feet section of the baby
insert.
• At the feet section you see 4 holes [d] so you can choose the lowest or a bit higher holes to guide the strap through. Only use
the lower set of holes when you want the baby insert to be a bit more upright and have some more leg space.
• Place the baby insert fabric back over the baby insert base again.

[4] Installing the baby insert
Top strap (head side of baby insert) [e]
• Place the baby insert on your seat of your choice.
• You can also place 2 baby inserts next to eachother.
• Bring the top fixation strap [e] to the rear side of the child carrier seat. If your child carrier seat has a slot hole [f] in the middle,
guide the fixation strap through that hole to the rear of the child carrier seat. If you don't have this slot seat middle hole, then
guide the strap underneath the harnass straps of the seat [g] next to the baby insert towards the rear of the child carrier seat.
• Now view the child carrier from the rear into the luggage compartment.
• Guide both strap ends around the child carrier frame [h] and close them together with the buckle.
• Make sure the top strap [e] pulls the baby insert downwards enough to be fixed well.
Bottom strap (feet side of baby insert) [i]
• Guide the bottom strap [i] from the front, underneath the child carrier seat, towards the rear of the child carrier.
• In the back of the child carrier, guide the straps around the vertical seat straps [j] of the child carrier seat side where you are
installing the baby insert and close the buckle.
• Tighten both straps well while making sure the baby insert stays positioned correctly.
• Check if the baby insert is fixed well. If the baby insert has too much movement still, fix the baby insert better by pulling the 2
fixation straps tighter.
USE
[5] Using the 5-point safety harness
• Guide the arms through the opening between the shoulder and waist strap. Check that the shoulder straps are aligned with
your child' s shoulders.

harness is locked by pulling on both shoulder straps.

to the front.
• Remove the headrest [l] from the velcro and keep it connected to the shoulder straps.

baby insert base.
