Chest press
1.
Sit on the power station so that your entire
back is against the backrest. Grasp the handles.
2.
The adjusted seat height should allow reaching
at chest level. The wrists remain straight at all
times.
3.
Now stretch the arms forward.
Keep the shoulders low and do
not overstretch the arms.
Chest press cable pull
1.
Move the cable arms to an
upper position and sit on the
strength station. The back
rests against the backrest.
Grasp the handles of the
cable pull-out arms.
2.
The set seat height should
allow gripping at chest level.
Keep wrists straight at all
times.
3.
Now stretch the arms forward. Keep the shoulders low and do not hyperextend the arms.
Chest press cable pull diagonal
1.
Move the cable arms to the top
position and sit on the strength
station. The back rests against the
backrest. Grasp the handles of the
cable pull-out arms.
2.
The set seat height should allow
gripping at chest level. Keep wrists
straight at all times.
3.
Now stretch the arms diagonally upwards. Keep the shoulders low and do not hyperextend the
arms.
