Performing a
measurement
1. Slide the switch to position 2. The
integrity of the measuring channel is
automatically tested.
After the message Chip OK is displayed:
2. Slide the switch to position 3. The sample
gas is drawn through the measuring
channel of the chip.
The display alternates between the
following modes
Pump on with the time that
status:
the pump has been running
so far
Example:
1 minute 12 seconds
or
message: Measuring
The brackets (> <) indicate the start and
end of the maximum measuring time. The
bars indicate the actual time of
measurement so far. The gap between
the bars and the right-hand bracket
indicates the remaining measuring time.

After the measurement series
1. To
remove
residual
aggressive
sampled
analyzer and sampling hose, flush out the
Remote System with uncontaminated air.
With the same setting (position 3) on the
analyzer:
1. draw in pure air for about 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Clean the float, and wipe the sampling
hose clean.
3. Slide the switch to position 0 and remove
the chip:
The time display is reset to 0.
