Take over of call at telephone
Call via dialling interface
 A call can be taken over with the defined 1- to 4-digit password ("#" by default).
 Repeated speech messages can be interrupted with "*"

If no password is defined to take over the call, an (optional) button still has to be pressed to answer the
call.
Call request and input message
 A call must be taken over with the defined 1- to 4-digit password ("#" by default) plus pressing the
button "#".
 After taking over the call request or input message with "#", repeated speech messages can be in-
terrupted with "*"

 It can be defined whether the telephone receives the "Dial tone" from the Intercom Server, e.g. be-
fore taking over a call request with "#".
Cancel conversation
 A conversation can be cancelled at the telephone with "#" or at the Intercom station with X.
 After the conversation has been cancelled, the connection to the Intercom system stays upright for
a configurable time. During this time, a new conversation can be set up or other functions can be
carried out in the Intercom Server.
 If the telephone is only hanged up without pressing "#", the connection is automatically disconnect-
ed after approx. 6 seconds.
Restart dialling sequence
If the call is taken over by none of the configured telephone numbers of the respective dialling
sequence, two possibilities for restarting the sequence are available:
 Reissue call by pressing the call button: If a call request is not answered, this call remains at the
Intercom station and the control desk. However, the telephone interface is in idle mode. By pressing
the respective call button (or the input contact) once again, the dialling sequence can be started once
again.
 Configure restart of the dialling sequence: With a configuration in CCT 800, it is possible to
avoid that an initiated call is not answered. Therefore, enter "9" as last number of the respective di-
alling sequence
