If you wish to use both channels of a terminal, you must
run the supply cables together via a Y connector (see
appendix for ordering information). This connector is then
linked with the M12 socket of the base plate.

The inputs should only be connected via
the internal 24 V DC supply applied at
CARE
X10 ... X13. The inputs and outputs may
not be supplied externally.
To ensure compliance with the protection
type IP 65, you must mount protective
caps on all unoccupied inputs or outputs.
CARE
These protective caps are supplied for all
I/O sockets and for the extension plugs
on the base plate.
