2. Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes Das Gerät ist von uns auf seine einwandfreie Funktion geprüft und sorgfältig verpackt worden. Bitte packen Sie das Gerät vorsichtig aus. Stellen Sie es in Arbeitshöhe auf. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker des Gerätes in die Steckdose. Hinweis: Das Gerät kann weltweit an jede Netzspannung angeschlossen werden (100 - 240 V~ /50 - 60 Hz). -

3. Vorbereitung und Ablauf 3.1 Reinigung der Ware • die zu galvanisierende Ware muss gut gereinigt werden, es empfiehlt sich folgender Ablauf: 1. Ultraschallreinigen 2. Elektrolytisches Entfetten bzw. Abkochentfetten 3. Trocknen Hinweis: Nach jedem Arbeitsgang gut spülen. Wir empfehlen Ultraschallreinigung und elektrolytische Entfettung (Art.-Nr. - Page 9 • Die Kohleanode mit dem aufgesetzten Filz bis zum Schrumpfschlauch in den Handgriff stecken und Rändelmutter zudrehen. • Anodenkabel an den Handgriff und an eine der roten Buchsen des Gleich- richters anschließen. • Die Vorbereitung der Ware wird wie unter Kap. 3.1 beschrieben durch- geführt.

Filze der Tamponsonde) gewechselt werden. Zur Reinigung des Griffels wird die Spitze entnommen, der vordere Teil des Griffels mit normalem Wasser gut ausgespült und mit destilliertem Wasser nachgespült. -

5. Cleaning instructions The Rhodinette 2 requires no maintenance. From time to time the electrode pens should be cleaned and the fibre tips (or the felt pads) changed. To clean the electrode pen, remove the tip, wash out the front part of the pen thoroughly with tap water and rinse with distilled water. -
