System settings
In this window, the number of systems to be displayed can be
activated and deactivated depending on the connected
REGARD 3900/3910. In addition, the input channels to be
displayed can be activated and deactivated here.
When a system is deactivated, no data is requested from the
system and data logging is also interrupted.
If individual channels are deactivated, the tiles are no longer
visible in the system view.

Tag names

This function is used to name/tag the connected
REGARD 3900/3910 systems and the transmitters/sensors
connected to them. Here, all activated systems and input
channels can be given the desired names (max. 12 characters).
To do this, open the system to be edited by touch input. Then
make changes via the touch keyboard and confirm with the
"Enter" button.
Tag names are not read from the controller because it does not
manage tag names. The names are stored locally in the
RVP 3900.

The changes made here are then visible in the system tab and
in the system view. The controller designation is transferred to
the alarm history.
7.2.3

COM port

This window provides an overview of the connected network.
The current network configuration is displayed here and the
network settings can be made here too. To do this, the IP
address, the subnet mask and the gateway must be entered in
the dark grey fields and confirmed with the "Apply settings"
button. New network settings require the device to be restarted
via the button provided.
To switch the device to DHCP mode (the device is then
assigned an IP address by the DHCP server), enter the IP
address 0.0.0.0 and confirm by restarting.
