• Turn the temperature control dial to
Max. The indicator light will come
on.
• The appliance is ready for use
when the indicator light goes out.
You can also turn the heat down
using the temperature control dial.
The indicator light will go on and off
during use, which merely indicates
that it is maintaining the selected
temperature.
• Place pieces of meat and
vegetables on the fondue fork. Do
not stab yourself!
• Carefully lower the fondue fork into
the pan and allow it to rest in a fork
holder.
• Lift the fondue fork once the food
is ready and push it carefully off the
fondue fork using an ordinary fork.
• Turn the temperature control dial
to the OFF position once you have
finished using the appliance.
• Allow the pan to cool before moving
it.
CLEANING
• Wipe the appliance with a damp
cloth using warm water and a little
washing-up liquid.
• The pan, splash guard and fondue
forks can be cleaned in hot water
with a little washing-up liquid.
• Do not use any kind of strong or
abrasive cleaning agent on the
appliance or its accessories. Never
use a steel brush or scrubbing
brush to clean the pan, as this may
damage the surface.
• If the food is burnt onto the pan,
you can loosen it by allowing the
pan to stand overnight in water with
a little baking soda added.
