Electronic minute minder

You can find out on p. 17 how to use the roasting
thermometer function.
As well as providing a short-time alarm for reminders,
the electronic timer controls the oven in several other
ways. You can use it to set the cooking time, the finish
time and the core temperature. All functions are avail-
able in any mode or temperature selection.

Set:
+/- for altering the values of all functions.

Setting/changing the clock

•
Push simultaneously "T " and "U ", until the
time in the display flashes.
•
Adjust as required using "+"/"-".
•
Wait for the display to stop flashing. The time
will then be accepted, and the dot in the centre
of the hour and the minutes will flash every sec-
ond.
