Hold the emergency key 1 or
the empty key fob transmit-
ter 2 against the rear wheel
cover at the height of the an-
tenna 3.
NOTICE
The emergency key or the
drained radio-operated key must
contact the rear wheel cover.
Period in which the en-
gine must be started.
Then unlocking must be re-
peated.

Pre-Ride-Check is carried out.

Replacing the battery of
the key fob transmitter
Requirement
The key fob transmitter does
not react because the battery
is weak.
!KEYLO
is displayed.
Replace battery.
Press button 1.
Key bit folds open.
Press battery cover 2 upward.
Remove battery 3.
Dispose of the old battery in
accordance with legal regula-
tions. Do not dispose of the
battery in the household waste.
ATTENTION
Unsuitable or improperly in-
serted batteries
Component damage
Use a battery compliant with
the manufacturer's specifica-
tions.
When inserting the battery,
make sure that the polarity is
correct.
Insert the new battery with the
positive terminal up.

Install battery cover 2.
Red LED in instrument panel
flashes.
