DTC error
with riding modes Pro
DTC indicator and warning
light lights up.
Possible cause:
The DTC control unit has de-
tected an error.
ATTENTION
Damage to components
Damage to sensors, for example,
with the resultant malfunctions
Do not carry along any objects
under the rider's or passen-
ger's seat.
Secure vehicle tools.
Do not damage the rotational
speed sensor.
It must be noted that the DTC
function is not available at all or
is restricted.
It remains possible to continue
riding. You should also observe
the additional information on
situations that can lead to a
DTC fault (

Possible cause:
The D­ESA control unit has de-
tected a fault. Damping action
and/or the spring adjustment may
be the cause. In AUTO charging
mode, the cause may be a fault
in the function of the riding posi-
tion compensation. In this state,
the motorcycle is probably heav-
ily damped and is uncomfortable
to drive, especially on poor road-
ways. Alternatively, the spring
preload may be set incorrectly.

contains the reserve fuel quantity.
