About this UV system
Application
1.1 Correct and Proper Use
DULCODES UV systems are used for disinfection:
Potable water
n
Industrial water
n
The water to be disinfected is subjected to short-wave UV radiation
during the UV disinfection process. This so-called UV radiation kills
any germs quickly and reliably.
The UV system can also be used for breaking down combined
chlorine in swimming pool water.
DULCODES UV systems are supplied ready wired. The UV sys‐
tems are available in different designs, defined by their identity
code. The performance data can be found in the data sheet
enclosed with the DULCODES UV system.

Correct and Proper Use
The operator is liable for damage caused by instal‐
lation and operating errors!
The system is intended solely for the treatment

The system may only be used in accordance
with the technical data and specifications out‐
lined in the operating instructions!
Any other use or modification of the system is

prohibited.
The system may only be operated by trained

and authorised personnel!

It is imperative that the information in the oper‐
ating instructions relating to the different
phases of the unit's service life is observed!
